Community & Connection in Ridgeway

Team Denmark had an incredible time at the Ridgeway Summer Festival, where the support, generosity, and enthusiasm from our community blew us away.

A massive thank-you to everyone who stopped by — whether to participate in our Super Deker Challenge, contribute a donation, or purchase a fundraiser raffle ticket!

We were especially grateful to connect with former alums, who shared stories, advice, and encouragement with our current players. Those moments of mentorship and community spirit mean the world to this team.

A Special Shoutout

Big thanks to Liam Beamish, a former Fort Erie Meteor who recently wrapped up an impressive season with the OHL’s Sarnia Sting and is now committed to the NCAA Division I’s Penn State Nittany Lions. Liam took time out to visit our booth, purchase a raffle ticket, and even snapped a photo with two of our players. Thank you, Liam! We’ll be rooting for you this season and beyond!
